First impressions count for a lot when assessing a bull and this one was worth the wait. He looks to be homozygous polled as he has the rounded flatter head shape so many of our homozygous animals have. He is thick, very stocky and not overly tall. His back end width looks awesome as well, esepcially his hip, thurl, pins.
I have named him Jasper, which is a county in Georgia where his sire is from and it is also a red gemstone often compared to Emerald, so it is doubly fitting.
