Our beef is paddock raised, and grown out until it reaches around 14 - 16 months of age. We then place animals on our feedlot based on body weights, where they enjoy an ad lib Barley based diet.
They are transported to our abattoir in the most stress free manner possible, for slaughter the next morning.
Carcasses are then hung for a minimum of 10 days but we prefer 2 weeks, before being cut and packed to individual customers requirements by our local butcher.
